Sherry Padda will take on the role of Hotel Manager Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel and Residences.
Sherry’s journey in the hospitality industry commenced 22 years ago as an Assistant Manager in Sales at The Bogmallo Beach Resort in Goa, before she shifted to Front Office operations as a Duty Manager at Taj Residency, Cochin. Sherry’s career has seen her travel the length of India, with opportunities presented in various locations such as Cochin, Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore. Padda’s most recent stint was with The Leela Palace, New Delhi, Chanakyapuri, as an Executive Assistant Manager.
On the professional front, Sherry has had some memorable moments, such as being a representative as the only lady official attaché for the Prime Minister and his wife’s visit. Another glory moment was for winning the accolade of Best Front Office Manager in the luxury segment at the Hoteliers and BW Hoteliers Awards for consecutive years.
