visit.brussels, in association with AVIAREPS India, recently organised an International FAM trip for Indian travel agents, offering them a unique experience in the heart of Europe. From the moment the agents landed at the Brussels Airport, they were embraced with spectacular hospitality that continued throughout their visit, ensuring they fall in love with this vibrant capital city. The city of Brussels is a walkable wonder with its charming streets, historic architectures, and delightful cafes. The group explored the city on foot with a local guide and hopped on the Brussels Discovery Tour – Tootbus, where they visited iconic attractions like the Atomium, the famous Mini Europe miniature park and the Botanical Garden Meise.
Brussels, a gastronomic delight, treated the agents to a culinary journey. They savoured a 4-course meal on a tram and indulged in chocolates at a Choco Story workshop, tasted Belgian fries, waffles, and an array of unique Belgian dishes. 2023, being the year of Art Nouveau, the group was invited to an art nouveau house to see the famous Victor Horta intricate designs and explore the city’s rich architectural heritage. It was like stepping into a live art gallery while wandering through the streets. Notable highlights included purchasing Belgian products at a local food market and preparing a meal with a chef. Enjoying a unique and relaxing experience at the Beer Spa and finally visiting the most awaited and recently opened Belgium Beer World which is the world largest interactive experience centre about beer.
The FAM trip culminated in a grand sit-down dinner at the magnificent Castle – Château de la Solitude, where partners joined in for an unforgettable evening.
