ITC Hotels has appointed Manas Krishnamoorthy as the new General Manager of the ITC Grand Goa Resort and Spa. With an astute sense of business and operations, Manas brings with him an experience of over two decades in luxury hospitality.
In his new role, he is responsible for overseeing hotel operations, formulating strategies to achieve desired revenue, and ensuring the highest standards of guest services synonymous with the ITC Hotels ethos.
Prior to this, Manas served as General Manager at ITC Gardenia and ITC Windsor, Bengaluru. Spanning his enriching career with esteemed hospitality brands, he has led hotel operations with IHG Hotels, Oberoi Hotels and Resorts, and The Imperial.
An alumnus of ITC Management Institute, Delhi NCR and WGSHA, Manipal, Manas Krishnamoorthy has a true passion for running operations and leading from the front to motivate teams to meet goals. In 2022, he was also awarded General Manager of the Year at the prestigious India International Hospitality Expo (IIHE) Excellence Awards. A PROVEN record of success combined with a will to evolve and upskill constantly, he has also contributed to several pre-opening teams including ITC Grand Central and ITC Maratha.
