THRS announces expansion in its client portfolio, appoints new senior associates across multiple cities

THRS (Travel and Hospitality Representation Services), India’s leading representation company for luxury hospitality and tourism brands, has welcomed the addition of The Set Collection, The Sukhothai Bangkok, Trisara Phuket, Amaya and Tourism Council of Bhutan to its portfolio. The company is representing these prestigious entities across diverse servicing mandates including sales, marketing and public relations for the Indian subcontinent.

To reinforce its commitment to delivering high-impact outcomes in the Indian sub-continent, THRS has also expanded its team, welcoming five new colleagues across multiple cities including Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Bangalore.

With their domain expertise spanning sales, public relations, digital marketing, business analytics and destination management, THRS has strategically fortified the existing team strength and servicing capability and also aims to enhance business proficiency through a broader scope of consulting work done for brands in the luxury hospitality and tourism segments.

Richa Bajaj – Regional Director of Sales – South India

Richa is a passionate and well-experienced leader with a prolific experience of 15 years in heading sales for outbound and domestic travel in the luxury market. In her previous roles, she led key sales efforts in India for a number of luxury resorts located in Maldives. In her new role with THRS, she will be implementing innovative strategies to boost sales for key clients and develop strategies to meet business goals.

Karl Boga

Karl Boga – Account Director – Destination Management

Karl is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with 18 years of experience. He joins THRS as Account Director – Destination Management where he will be leading marketing and sales for destination accounts to ensure their overall growth. His diverse background includes serving marketing for aspirational destinations and tourism brands like Spain, Kenya, Jamaica, Monaco, Mauritius, Oman, Qatar and Azerbaijan.

Ratul Ghosh

Ratul Ghosh – Director – Global Sales (West & South India)

Ratul comes with 10 years of experience in sales and marketing in areas like Investment Banking, IOT, International Trade & Investment holding key positions such as India Representative for Tourism Western Australia. He joins the Central Sales Team at THRS as Director – Global Sales (West & South India) to spearhead sales of luxury hotels and hospitality brands in the West and South Indian Market.


Ashwini Mali

Ashwini Mali – Business Analytics Manager

Ashwini is an experienced revenue management specialist. Having worked with luxury hospitality brands across India, she comes with 9 years of experience in this field. She joins THRS as Business Analytics Manager where she will be working on setting up processes for operations, optimising planning through data-based decision-making, and identifying new business growth directions through actionable insights.

Lipika Sharma

Lipika Sharma – Manager, Communications and New Media

Lipika is an integrated communications specialist with more than 8 years of experience. With a successful track record of meeting business goals for start-ups to multinational companies, Lipika joins the company as Manager – Communications and New Media. She will be managing key PR accounts at THRS and will be leading new media initiatives to amplify the company’s proficiencies.

Satvik Pandey

Satvik Pandey – Lead, Digital Strategy

Satvik brings rich experience of over 4 years in multiple marketing disciplines. As Lead – Digital Strategy at THRS, he will work towards enhancing and elevating the organisation’s digital practice and developing the company’s capabilities to succeed in the digital landscape. He will also contribute towards shaping the company’s digital strategy and driving its growth.
