Sarovar Hotels and Resorts has opened Citadel Sarovar Portico in the Silicon Valley of India, Bengaluru. With the opening, the group has strengthened its presence in the city where it currently operates five successful hotels under Sarovar Premiere and Sarovar Portico brands.
Conveniently located in the heart of the city on Seshadri Road, Racecourse Gandhi Nagar, the hotel is at a driving distance from Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru, nearly two km from Bengaluru City Junction Railway and close to the business district centre BIEC (Bengaluru International Exhibition Center).
The hotel offers par excellence and elegantly designed 125 rooms and suites including Deluxe rooms, Executive rooms and Executive Suites. Multiple meeting and board rooms can host small and mid-size gatherings and conferences. For large weddings and conferences, the hotel offers 10,000 sq. ft. of divisible banquet space that can host up to 650 guests.
The hotel houses a lobby level 44 that covers the multi-cuisine restaurant Flavours which serves Café style menu and a contemporary bar, The Chill.
