In a momentous development for the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE), the organisation has announced the election of Nitin Sachdeva, CEO of Venture Marketing, as SITE President-Elect, effective January 2024.
SITE is a global association dedicated to the advancement of incentive travel and motivational events.
“I am sure as SITE President-Elect, Nitin will play a pivotal role in steering the organisation’s vision and initiatives, contributing to its continued growth and success,” said Sanjeev Joshi, President, SITE India President.
In addition to the election of Nitin Sachdeva as SITE President-Elect, the SITE International Board of Directors (IBOD) has announced a dynamic team of officers who will lead the organisation in 2024:

- SITE President-Elect: Nitin Sachdeva, CEO of Venture Marketing
- Vice President, Finance: Hasan Dinc, Managing Director of Ods.tur.key
- Vice President, Membership: Marcella Zuniga, Manager Global Sales at Rosewood Hotel Group
- Vice President, Education: Melissa Moten, Vice President of Experience & Event Solutions at The Collective | A division of BCD Meetings & Events
- These distinguished professionals bring a wealth of experience and expertise to their respective roles and are committed to furthering SITE’s mission of promoting excellence in incentive travel and motivational events worldwide.
The announcement comes on the heels of a remarkable year for SITE. In 2023, the organisation celebrated its golden jubilee, marking 50 years of dedication to the incentive travel industry.
Moreover, SITE achieved significant milestones, including record-breaking attendance at its Global Conference held in New York City. Additionally, SITE exceeded its previous high-water mark for membership, with the association now boasting nearly 2,800 members.
