Chalet Hotels launched The Westin Hyderabad Hitec City in partnership with Marriott International earlier today. This 168-key property will be managed and operated by an all-women team, making it the first-of-its-kind not only within the city but also within the entire Chalet Hotels and Marriott International portfolio across South Asia.
This initiative reflects Chalet’s commitment to its larger Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda, emphasizing equal opportunities and a diverse work environment. The company’s dedication to these values has been recognized by Great Place to Work® India, as Chalet Hotels has been listed among ‘India’s Best Workplaces for Women’ for two consecutive years (2021 and 2022).
Strategically located in the prominent technology township of Hitec City, The Westin Hyderabad Hitec City offers an ideal destination for guests. With 168 spacious guest rooms and suites, the hotel provides a rejuvenating atmosphere, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay for its guests.
The hotel has received an overwhelming response from a single entity that has fully booked it for three consecutive years, starting from June 2023. As a result, the hotel premises and services will be exclusively dedicated to this corporate entity during this period.
Speaking about the announcement, Sanjay Sethi, Managing Director and CEO, Chalet Hotels, said, “We at Chalet Hotels are delighted to announce the opening of our second hotel in Hyderabad with the opening of ‘The Westin Hyderabad Hitec City’.
