The Association of Domestic Tour Operators of India (ADTOI) celebrated its 27th Founders Day at the Metropolitan, New Delhi. The association was constituted on August 7, 1996, with the express purpose of consolidating the efforts of all those tour operators who are actively engaged in the promotion of “Domestic Tourism” in the country.
During the occasion, the ADTOI Mobile App was launched by P.P. Khanna, President, ADTOI. While both the versions of the mobile app in Android and IOS have been developed, the Android version is already available on the Google Play Store and the IOS version will also be available on the Apple store within this week. The functionality of the Mobile App was explained in detail by Ved Khanna, Treasurer, ADTOI.
At the event, the ADTOI Founder Members and the past Presidents were honoured and facilitated for their vision and contributions to building the association. Also, on the occasion, the criteria for nomination for the AKR Awards were announced. The AKR AwardS was instituted by ADTOI, in memory of Anil Kumar Rajput, the travel Industry veteran who did groundbreaking work in researching and promoting new destinations.
