Cheval Phoenix House is due to reopen on July 04, 2024, after undergoing a full-scale 15-month-long refurbishment, involving a total reconfiguration of all apartments, extensive upgrades to fixtures and fittings, and complete modernisation of the interior design.

When it reopens on July 04, 2024, the apartments will feature open-plan, one and two-bedroom apartments. The apartments will feature contemporary décor and a minimalistic design, making them more spacious and airier. The apartments have fully-equipped kitchens and all the little luxuries and comforts to make you feel at home.
Inspired by its iconic location in the elegant Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, each apartment is minimalist and modern with contemporary décor, including bespoke artwork. The reopening of Cheval Phoenix House comes as part of a wider initiative by the award-winning hospitality group which is aimed at ensuring that every property in its portfolio – which consists of thirteen luxury all-apartment residences across London, Edinburgh, and Dubai.
