Wyndham strengthens Eurasia leadership with two key appointments

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Strengthens Eurasia Leadership with Appointment of Tarun Ratra and Veenu Rastogi

Wyndham Hotels and Resorts has announced the appointment of Tarun Ratra as Director, Franchise Operations, Eurasia, and Veenu Rastogi as Head of Sales and Marketing, Eurasia. The move comes as part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its leadership capabilities amid continued expansion across one of its fastest-growing regions.

Tarun Ratra will oversee franchise operations across Eurasia, bringing extensive experience across multi-property hotel environments and franchise-led ecosystems. In his role, he will focus on driving operational consistency, reinforcing brand standards, and enhancing hotel performance, while working closely with owners and on-ground teams to strengthen service culture, streamline processes, and elevate guest experience across diverse markets.

Veenu Rastogi will lead sales and marketing for Eurasia, leveraging her strong background in national sales strategy and integrated commercial functions. She will spearhead data-driven, insight-led initiatives across leisure, corporate, and MICE segments, with a focus on strengthening key account partnerships, aligning sales with brand strategy, and unlocking sustainable revenue growth across the region.

Both leaders bring nearly two decades of experience in the hospitality sector, with deep expertise spanning operations, commercial strategy, stakeholder management, and multi-property portfolio performance, having worked with leading global hospitality brands.
