Wyndham Hotels and Resorts continues its expansion in India with the signing of three new properties under its Ramada Encore and Ramada Resort brands. These developments, in partnership with Indian hospitality and real estate companies, will significantly enhance Wyndham’s footprint in key destinations across the country, catering to both business and leisure travellers.
Ramada Encore by Wyndham in Gurugram, Delhi-NCR
AS Hotels and Residences has partnered with Wyndham Hotels and Resorts to bring the Ramada Encore brand to Sector 84, Gurugram, Haryana. The new hotel, strategically located on the Dwarka Expressway, will feature 91 rooms, including suites, and offer modern amenities such as an all-day dining restaurant, gymnasium, banquet halls, meeting rooms, a party deck, and a swimming pool. The property is part of the larger Elan Miracle mixed-use project, which includes high-street retail, a food court, office spaces, and a multiplex.

Ramada Resort and Residences by Wyndham in Nainital, Uttarakhand
Naini Habitat Developers Private Limited (NHDPL) has signed an agreement with Wyndham Hotels and Resorts to open Ramada Resort and Residences in Nainital, Uttarakhand. Set amidst the scenic Kumaon foothills, the resort will offer 155 keys, including villas, and feature a range of amenities such as an all-day dining restaurant and bar, banquet halls, meeting rooms, a fitness center, and recreational facilities. The greenfield project is slated for completion in 2027.

Ramada Encore by Wyndham Jammu Akhnoor Road
Triple S, a hotel and development company based in Jammu, has signed a franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels and Resorts for a new Ramada Encore by Wyndham hotel in Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir. Located on the Akhnoor road, the hotel will feature 54 contemporary rooms and a variety of amenities, including a lobby lounge, all-day dining restaurant and bar, health club, spa, and event spaces. The hotel is expected to open in 2026.
