The Vadodara Travel Agents Association (VTAA) hosted its second Annual General Meeting (AGM) on July 09, 2024, at LVP Banquets. The event garnered a strong response from the association’s registered members, with 77 attendees participating in the AGM. The agents’ interaction and exchange of experiences within VTAA highlighted the association’s beneficial impact. The event achieved success as all agendas were thoroughly discussed and approved.
The AGM was presided over by Manish Shah, President, VTAA, Bhavin Shah, Secretary, VTAA, Himanshu Mehta, Treasurer, VTAA, and other committee members. The meeting started with an opening welcome speech by the President, followed by the presentation of the balance sheet and profit and loss statement. Bhavin Patel delivered a closing speech following discussions, agent insights, and other formalities, culminating in a fellowship dinner.
