VFS Global has strengthened its premium visa application infrastructure in India with a network of 12 Premium Application Centres (PACs) for UK visa customers across the country.
The expansion comes amid growing demand for travel from India to the United Kingdom and is aimed at offering applicants a more comfortable, convenient and time-efficient visa submission experience.
The Premium Application Centres are designed for customers seeking greater convenience, privacy and personalised support during the visa application process. The facilities primarily cater to business travellers, families, senior citizens and professionals with demanding schedules.
Located across key Indian cities, the centres provide an upgraded application environment while continuing to operate in accordance with the processes and guidelines established by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI).
Customers applying for UK visas can select their preferred Premium Application Centre while completing the online visa application process.
The centres offer dedicated assistance, shorter waiting times, quieter submission environments, enhanced seating arrangements and additional amenities aimed at improving the customer experience.
Core services available at the centres include biometric enrolment, document upload assistance and food and beverage facilities, although inclusions may vary depending on the location.

Customers using the Premium Application Centres can also access additional value-added services offered by VFS Global, including assistance with UKVI account creation and application support services.
The Premium Application Centres are optional and involve an additional fee. The company stated that opting for premium services does not influence visa decisions, which remain solely under the jurisdiction of UK Visas and Immigration.
Applicants who choose not to use the Premium Application Centres can continue to submit their applications through standard UK Visa Application Centres across India without additional charges, apart from mandatory UKVI service fees where applicable.
