TrueNorth DMC, a USA-based destination management company, has announced its entry into the Indian travel trade market, positioning itself as a dedicated ground partner for Indian travel agents and tour operators across the United States and the Americas.
The company aims to cater specifically to the Indian outbound segment by offering end-to-end travel solutions spanning group tours, FITs, MICE and corporate travel. Its destination portfolio includes Alaska, Hawaii, the US East and West Coasts, Florida, Texas, as well as Canada, Mexico, Brazil and other South American regions.
As part of its India launch, TrueNorth DMC has introduced a calendar of guaranteed fixed departures across key itineraries, all featuring Indian meals, ensuring familiarity and comfort for Indian travellers. The company is also offering fully white-label group tour solutions for groups of 10 to 30 passengers, enabling travel agents to market and sell departures under their own branding with backend operational support.
To streamline operations, TrueNorth DMC manages transportation through its own fleet and ground logistics team, ensuring consistency and cost efficiency. It also positions itself as a one-stop solution for group travel requirements, covering flights, cruises, hotels, visa assistance and car rentals under a single platform.
The company holds accreditations from industry bodies such as IATA, CLIA, NYC Tourism and Visit USA, providing credibility and assurance to its trade partners.
TrueNorth DMC is co-founded by Pratik Sharma, Co-Founder and Director of Akshar Travels India, bringing extensive experience across both the Indian and US travel markets. The company’s sales and operations are led by Nilam Memon, Director of Sales & Operations, who has over 15 years of experience in the USA DMC sector.
