Travel Agents get IATA Update at TAAI Northern Region Meet in New Delhi

The Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI) Northern Region convened a Members Meeting on June 13, at The Meriton Hotel, New Delhi, bringing together travel industry professionals for an evening of networking and industry updates.

At the meeting, a presentation was done by Ritam Saha, Assistant Director – Passenger and Cargo Services for India, Nepal and Bhutan at IATA, who briefed attendees on the latest developments within IATA and the broader airline industry, with a particular focus on the Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP).

Saha’s session drew active participation from the floor, with members raising queries on issues impacting accredited travel agents. He addressed questions, offering clarity on matters of direct concern to the agency community.

TAAI Northern Region office bearers acknowledged Saha’s contribution to the evening and underscored their ongoing commitment to providing members with access to informed industry dialogue and learning opportunities.
