Thailand will host Tomorrowland for the first time as the globally recognised music festival makes its Asian debut with Tomorrowland Thailand, scheduled from December 11 to 13, 2026. The event marks Tomorrowland’s first full-scale festival in Asia and represents an important step in the brand’s international expansion.
The festival will be staged at Wisdom Valley in Pattaya, located in Khao Mai Kaew, Bang Lamung District, Chonburi Province. Spanning 237 acres (600 rai), the tropical venue is surrounded by mountains, water bodies and open landscapes, creating a natural setting where music and nature converge. Organisers expect the three-day festival to welcome over 50,000 visitors per day, drawing festivalgoers from across the world.
Tomorrowland Thailand is being developed in close partnership with the Thai Government and the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), with the operational framework now officially confirmed. Thailand was selected over several competing Asian destinations, underlining the country’s rising prominence as a global hub for large-scale events, creative industries and experience-driven tourism.
Commenting on the announcement, the Governor of the Tourism Authority of Thailand said, “Hosting Tomorrowland in Thailand marks an important milestone in our ambition to position the country as a leader in global tourism and creative experiences. We look forward to welcoming people from all over the world to discover the beauty, culture, and hospitality of Thailand.”
The festival site will feature six spectacular stages, including the iconic CORE and Freedom stages, which will make their Asian debut in Thailand, alongside the legendary MainStage and new stage concepts designed exclusively for the Thailand edition. Each stage will reflect Tomorrowland’s signature storytelling, immersive design and cutting-edge production values.
Bruno Vanwelsenaers, CEO of WEAREONE.world, said, “Expanding Tomorrowland to a new continent is a milestone we approach with great respect and excitement. Thailand feels like the right place, not only because of its beauty and energy, but also because of the shared ambition to create something meaningful and world-class together. This is the beginning of a long-term story.”
As preparations gather pace, Tomorrowland’s Belgian organisation is working closely with a dedicated local team to bring its globally recognised expertise in electronic music curation, large-scale production, stage architecture and narrative-led festival design to Asia. The collaboration aims to ensure that the full Tomorrowland experience, known for its imaginative worlds, attention to detail and immersive environments, is authentically realised in Thailand.
