TAFI elects Abbas Moiz as President, announces new Managing Committee for 2025–27

The Travel Agents Federation of India (TAFI) has announced the election of its new Managing Committee for the term 2025–27. The elections took place during the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 26th September 2025 at The Mirador Hotel, Mumbai.

The newly elected office bearers are:

President: Abbas Moiz

Vice President: Anil Kalsi

National General Secretary: Hitank Shah

Treasurer: Rai Achal Krishna

The Managing Committee members elected include Jitul Mehta, Paulose Mathew, Sunil Uttam, Khushvinder Sarna, and A. Bright Manohar.

In addition, Shamim Shah, Ronak Shah, Sumita Kashyap, and Shailendra Khare were co-opted as per the bye-laws of TAFI at the first Managing Committee meeting held on the same day.

Ajay Prakash will continue to serve as the Immediate Past President.

The new team is expected to lead TAFI with renewed vision and commitment, representing the interests of India’s travel trade community and strengthening its role in shaping the future of the tourism and aviation sectors.
