Reinforcing its commitment to regional collaboration and trade development, the Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI) – MP & CG Chapter convened its sixth Chapter Meeting on February 13 in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The meeting brought together members of the chapter for focused discussions aimed at strengthening the travel trade ecosystem across Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
The meeting was led by Chapter Chairman Hemendra Singh Jadon, along with Honorary Secretary Amit Navlani and Honorary Treasurer C.K. Raj. The session saw active participation from chapter members, who engaged in deliberations on strategic initiatives to enhance tourism growth across Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
As part of the programme, the TAAI delegation met Poonam Sharma, Deputy General Manager, Chhattisgarh Tourism Board. The interaction centred on promoting Chhattisgarh as a dynamic and emerging tourism destination, while exploring opportunities for joint initiatives and stronger trade partnerships. Sharma assured the Board’s full support to TAAI and expressed her commitment to working closely with the association to drive tourism development in the state.
The chapter meeting also featured an informative product presentation on the Chardham circuit by TTP, equipping members with updated insights to promote spiritual tourism more effectively.
