Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) has announced the extension of its additional direct service between Delhi and Zurich until October 24, 2026, the end of the airline’s summer schedule, in response to continued demand for travel between India and Switzerland.
The additional daily service will continue to be operated using an Airbus A330, complementing SWISS’ regular scheduled flights between Delhi, Mumbai and Zurich.
Flight LX2647 departs Delhi at 01:40 and arrives in Zurich at 07:00. The return flight, LX2646, departs Zurich at 12:35 and arrives in Delhi at 00:05 the following day.
The extension will provide travellers with greater flexibility and additional capacity on the India–Switzerland route through the end of the 2026 summer schedule.
SWISS will further expand its long-haul network during the upcoming winter schedule with a new five-times-weekly service between Zurich and Bengaluru. Bengaluru will become the airline’s third destination in India, alongside Delhi and Mumbai, strengthening SWISS’ presence in the Indian market and enhancing connectivity between the two countries.
