Sara Sodhi Juneja, a prominent name in the travel and tourism industry with nearly two decades of experience, has announced her foray into international representation after a successful seven-year tenure leading Visit Finland’s operations in India and the Gulf.
During her tenure with Visit Finland, she played a pivotal role in helping Finland achieve record-breaking overnight stays from India, with Indian overnights increasing by 35 per cent in 2024 alone. Her efforts in supporting Finnish tourism brands through familiarisation trips, workshops, marketing initiatives, and PR collaborations have been instrumental in strengthening Finland’s presence in the Indian market.
Speaking about her new venture, Sara stated, “My mission is to bridge the gap between my clients’ offerings and the diverse Indian traveller by fostering strategic, long-term integration with key stakeholders in the Indian travel industry. Leveraging a strong network and well-established relationships, we implement proven strategies to help tourism brands thrive in India’s dynamic and rapidly growing market”
As she embarks on this new chapter in her career, Sara now represents a portfolio of esteemed Finnish tourism brands, furthering their presence in India.

Sara will maintain her collaboration with Team Finland India, working closely with the Embassy of Finland in New Delhi and the Consulate General of Finland in Mumbai on country branding projects.
