Sands Resort Macao hosted an exclusive networking night on September 23, 2025, at Fairmont Mumbai Airport, themed ‘Yours to Discover – Sands Lifestyle.’ The event brought together key members of the travel trade and media for a celebration of luxury, partnership, and immersive experiences. Highlights of the evening included a specially curated set dinner, engaging themed showcases of The Venetian Macao, The Parisian Macao, and The Londoner Macao, along with lively birthday celebrations, exciting prize giveaways, and joyful networking.
The event aimed to spotlight the diverse offerings of Sands China’s integrated resort portfolio to the Indian market, positioning Macao as a dynamic and evolving travel destination. Speaking at the event, Stephanie Tanpure, Vice President of Sales, Sands China Ltd, shared, “Tonight was all about connecting with our partners, celebrating success, and educating them about the new experiences we have brought to life. Macao is an evolving destination, and we remain committed to delivering fresh, world-class offerings. India continues to be one of our top 10 source markets, showing strong visitor arrivals, and we are fortunate to have a solid base of partners here. Sands China made its landmark entry into the Macao market in 2004 with the launch of Sands Macao, the city’s first major hotel and entertainment complex. Just three years later, the company unveiled The Venetian Macao, then one of the world’s largest buildings, pioneering the large-scale integrated resort model on the Cotai Strip.
This bold vision continued with a series of strategic developments with The Plaza Macao in 2008, Sands Cotai Central in 2012, and The Parisian Macao in 2016. Sands Cotai Central later underwent a major transformation and was reintroduced as The Londoner Macao, reopening in phases from 2021 during the pandemic, and reaching full completion in June 2025. This marked the culmination of an ambitious redesign and the beginning of a new era for Cotai.
Together, these integrated properties have positioned Cotai as a leading global hub for leisure, business, and entertainment. Each resort brings its own iconic flair, from the romantic canals of Venice to the charm of Paris and the grandeur of London, reshaping Macao’s skyline and attracting visitors from around the world.
