Novotel Goa Candolim and Novotel Goa Resort & Spa have announced the appointment of Rohan Samarth as Director of Sales & Marketing. Rohan will be responsible for the entire management of the sales and marketing programs, along with the implementation of strategies and budgets for the two five-star properties in Goa.
He brings with him 10 years of rich experience in Revenue Management and knows the Goa market from his past association as Director of Revenue with Novotel Hotels and Resorts Goa in 2016. During his stint with both the properties, he was awarded ‘RM person of the year’ by Accor for his contribution towards best market share performance and exceptional ADR growth. Rohan has been associated with Accor for the last 7 years. His last assignment was a corporate role as Director of Revenue and Distribution for Ibis and Ibis styles India.
Commenting on his appointment, Rohan said, “I am excited about my new role and the chance to work with the talented team, under the leadership of Mr. Ranju Singh. With over a decade of experience in Revenue Management, I took this challenging stint in Sales & Marketing for my professional growth and development. It’s always great to be back to my favourite place, Goa.”
