Noormahal Delhi NCR – Autograph Collection Hotel has announced the appointment of Teena Nichani as Director of Operations, strengthening its leadership team as the property continues to enhance its positioning within Marriott International’s Autograph Collection portfolio.
A hospitality professional with over 26 years of experience, Nichani brings expertise across sales, marketing, revenue management and hotel operations. Her career includes leadership roles with Radisson Hotel Group, Sayaji Hotels, The Park Hotels and Fern Hotels & Resorts (now Series by Marriott), where she has driven business growth, built high-performing teams and delivered strong financial results.
Known for her strength in revenue strategy, she has consistently achieved year-on-year growth, strong RevPAR performance and large-scale business across corporate, MICE and wedding segments. Her move into operations reflects a natural progression, combining commercial insight with operational execution and guest experience delivery.
In her new role at Noormahal Delhi NCR – Autograph Collection hotel, Teena will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the hotel, with a strong focus on maximizing revenues, driving sales strategy, and enhancing commercial performance. In addition, she will lead the hotel’s marketing function, overseeing digital marketing, public relations, and strategic participation in industry events to strengthen brand visibility and market presence. She will also play a critical role in ensuring seamless implementation of Autograph Collection brand standards, delivering distinctive, curated guest experiences that align with Marriott International’s global benchmarks.
Her experience in pre-openings, brand building and market expansion, along with strong industry relationships, is expected to support the hotel’s growth in both domestic and international segments.
As the first Autograph Collection hotel in India, it represents a significant milestone for Marriott International in the country. Teena’s leadership will be instrumental in strengthening the hotel’s positioning as a preferred luxury destination for weddings, MICE, and experiential stays, while maintaining the individuality and character that define the Autograph Collection.
