The Lindt Home of Chocolate has concluded 2025 on a historic high, welcoming more than 850,000 visitors and conducting over 2,000 guided tours, marking its most successful year since opening. The attraction also hosted approximately 60,000 visitors from India, underscoring its rising popularity among Indian travellers exploring Switzerland.
The record-breaking year witnessed a significant influx of Swiss chocolate enthusiasts, families, international tourists and culinary aficionados, all drawn to immersive exhibits, live demonstrations and curated tastings. Guests experienced the complete journey of cocoa from bean to bar, engaged with master chocolatiers and gained insights into Switzerland’s celebrated chocolate craftsmanship.
Guided tours emerged as a key highlight, offering deeper storytelling and insider experiences that enhanced visitor engagement and learning. The record numbers reflect the growing global interest in experiential attractions that combine culture, gastronomy and interactive storytelling.
Operated by the Lindt Chocolate Competence Foundation, the facility continues to support Switzerland’s long-term standing as a key chocolate hub. Established in 2013, the Foundation focuses on fostering innovation, specialist training and nurturing young talent within the Swiss chocolate industry.
Building on this milestone year, the Lindt Home of Chocolate plans to introduce new seasonal experiences, workshops and immersive programmes, further strengthening its position as a leading chocolate attraction and educational platform.
