Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced two significant developments, further expanding its portfolio. The group has officially opened Lemon Tree Resort Mussoorie, its tenth property in Uttarakhand, and has signed a new agreement for Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels in Srinagar, set to open in FY 2026.
Lemon Tree Resort Mussoorie features 44 well-appointed rooms and suites, Citrus Café – a multi-cuisine coffee shop and other public areas. The resort also features a well-equipped fitness centre and banquet facility in the second phase. Located away from the hustle and bustle of the daily routine in the hill station popularly called the “Queen of Hills”, Lemon Tree Resort Mussoorie offers the best panoramic and lush green valley views. It is a place where one wakes up to nature’s charming grandeur and glory, the twittering of the birds, the whispering melodies of trees and the rippling of the stream. Lemon Tree Resort, Mussoorie offers ample private parking for the guests who choose to drive down.
In addition to this opening, Lemon Tree Hotels has also announced the signing of Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. The new property, which will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, is expected to open in FY 2026. This hotel will be the group’s second property in Srinagar, complementing its existing portfolio of four hotels and one upcoming property in Jammu and Kashmir.
Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Srinagar will feature 40 well-appointed rooms, two restaurants, a meeting room, and a fitness center. The Sheikh Ul Alam International Airport is about 9 km from the property. The hotel is also well connected by roadways for both public and private transport.
