LaRiSa Hotels and Resorts has launched 8fold, a new brand in the mid-market segment aimed at catering to the growing number of upper-middle-class travellers seeking comfortable, sustainable, and affordable accommodation in the price range of INR 4,000–9,000 per night.
The recently established hospitality company currently operates 32 unique hotels across India and beyond, comprising a diverse portfolio of hotels, resorts, and villas. These properties are managed and marketed under three brands: LaRiSa Resorts, AM Hotel Kollection, and now 8fold, as the company expands to meet exponential demand.
The first properties to be launched under the 8fold brand are:
- 8fold by LaRiSa, Shimla
- 8fold by LaRiSa, Jibhi in Himachal Pradesh
- 8fold Pinecrest by LaRiSa, Bhimtal in Uttarakhand
- 8fold by LaRiSa, Siolim in Goa (opening soon)
The launch of the 8fold brand comes at an opportune time, as travellers show a marked shift toward mindful and purposeful travel. Increasingly, guests are seeking properties that offer privacy, follow sustainable practices, and deliver unique and wellness-focused experiences. Recent reports on India’s hospitality industry also highlight the rapid expansion of the mid-market segment, which places a premium on quality and value-driven stays.
