The Japan National Tourism Organization’s Delhi Office is all set to organise the ‘Japan Travel Fair 2024,’ a two-day event aimed at promoting Japan as a top tourist destination for Indian travelers. The fair will take place on September 28th and 29th, 2024, at Pacific Mall Tagore Garden, New Delhi, and will be open to the public with free entry. The Japan Travel Fair 2024 aims to raise awareness of Japan as a top tourist destination for Indian families by highlighting key attractions such as its rich culture, traditions, innovative technology, unmatched hospitality, stunning landscapes filled with autumn colors, powder snow, pristine beaches, theme parks, and, of course, unique Japanese cuisine.
The event will showcase over 10 leading tourism exhibitors, giving attendees the chance to explore various aspects of Japanese tourism. These exhibitors will provide insights into Japan’s top destinations, travel packages, and cultural experiences. The fair is a perfect opportunity for those looking to plan their next adventure, whether for family fun or solo adventure.
The Japan Travel Fair will be organised alongside the “Mela! Mela! Anime Japan!!” event, which is a joint initiative by the Embassy of Japan in India, Incorporated Administrative Agencies, and private companies. This larger event, taking place at the same venue, will offer a celebration of Japanese pop culture, with a special focus on anime.
Moreover, September-October 2024 has been designated as ‘Japan Month’ with the objective of advancing bilateral relations between India and Japan across multiple areas, including politics, security, economics and culture. Many events focusing on trade, investment, culture, people-to-people exchanges and other fields including seminars, symposia, exhibitions, etc., will be organised.
