Island Life Travel, a destination management company specialising in the Maldives, successfully hosted the second edition of the Maldives Diwali Carnival at Ambria Exotica in New Delhi. The event brought together the DMC’s key partners and media, and showcased the Maldives as a premier holiday destination through a vibrant celebration of culture, hospitality, and networking.

Organised in collaboration with some of the Maldives’ most prestigious hospitality brands, the event featured an impressive line-up of resort partners. These included Sun Siyam Resorts, Adaaran Resorts Maldives, Heritance Aarah, Villa Resorts Maldives, Emerald Collection, Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa, Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts, Amilla Maldives Resort and Residences, Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Radisson Blu Resort Maldives, Medhufushi Island Resort, LUX South Ari Atoll Maldives, Mercure Maldives Kooddoo Resort, Centara Hotels & Resorts, The OZEN Collection, Oaga Art Resort Maldives, Holiday Inn Resort Kandooma Maldives by IHG, Universal Resorts Maldives, The Cocoon Collection Maldives, Furaveri Maldives, Atmosphere Core, Pullman Maldives Maamutaa, and Kuda Villingili.

Adding a cultural flourish, the evening featured a mesmerising Sufi music performance by singer Aditi Sharma, who had also performed at the last edition of the Carnival and once again captivated the audience with her powerful voice. The performance was followed by a high-energy DJ set that carried the festivities well past midnight.

The event celebrated Diwali in grandeur while showcasing the growing synergy between Indian travel trade professionals and the Maldives’ luxury hospitality sector.
