IndiGo has commenced repatriation operations in response to the evolving situation in the Middle East and Persian Gulf, coordinating closely with relevant authorities in India and host governments. Four flights are currently en route to Jeddah, with an additional service to and from Muscat scheduled to operate later in the day.
From March 4, 2026, the airline plans to progressively restore scheduled services and increase seat capacity, subject to prevailing airspace conditions and regulatory approvals. IndiGo will reinstate select flights to Muscat, Jeddah and Madinah in the Middle East, as well as Athens in Europe, amounting to a total of 13 return flights (26 sectors).
Repatriation flights to stations in the UAE are also being considered for March 4, pending local conditions and necessary approvals. IndiGo stated that confirmation will be provided as the situation evolves.
For other destinations, the airline said that it is working with authorities to secure slots and permits to gradually normalise operations.
