Emirates has begun restoring its flight operations following the partial reopening of regional airspace, operating a reduced schedule while working towards a full return to normal network operations. The airline said it expects to restore 100 per cent of its network in the coming days, subject to airspace availability and operational approvals, while maintaining safety and passenger care as its top priorities.
The airline carried approximately 30,000 passengers out of Dubai on the previous day as operations gradually resumed. By March 7, 2026, Emirates plans to operate 106 daily return flights to 83 destinations, representing nearly 60 per cent of its global route network.
In response to strong demand in certain markets, Emirates has increased capacity on key routes. In the United Kingdom, the airline will operate 11 daily flights across five airports by 7 March. Additional capacity has also been deployed across India, where Emirates will scale up to 22 daily flights serving all nine Indian gateways.
In the United States, Emirates continues to operate flights to seven destinations, maintaining connectivity between the UAE and the US during this period.
The airline advised passengers to travel to the airport only if they hold a confirmed booking, noting that customers with earlier reservations will be accommodated as a priority. Emirates said it continues to closely monitor the evolving situation and will adjust operations as required.
Passengers have been encouraged to check the airline’s official website and social media channels for the latest flight updates and travel information.
