Dusit International, one of Thailand’s leading hotel and property development companies, has signed a hotel management agreement with Atmosphere to introduce its upper-midscale Dusit Princess brand in the Tehri Garhwal region of Uttarakhand.
Scheduled to open in 2031 near Rishikesh, the project will form part of an upscale mixed-use development designed to blend contemporary hospitality with wellness-focused experiences inspired by the surrounding Himalayan landscape.
The property will feature 300 keys, including hotel rooms and luxury duplex villas, catering to both leisure and business travellers. Planned facilities include an all-day dining restaurant, lobby lounge, business centre, outdoor swimming pool, gym, yoga room and flexible event spaces.
The development will also feature a dedicated clubhouse offering wellness and recreational facilities such as a spa, infinity pool, restaurant, squash court, mini-plex, bowling alley and indoor gaming areas.
The signing further strengthens Dusit International’s expansion strategy in India following the opening of dusitD2 Fagu, Shimla, in December 2024.
