DreamSetGo facilitated over 30,000 sports travellers in 2026, doubling its 2024 figures, across more than 50 tournaments in over 18 countries. The milestone was revealed alongside the launch of ‘SET – Sports, Experiences & Travel’, a new premium offering that expands the company’s portfolio beyond sports into global lifestyle, entertainment and cultural events.

Monish Shah, Co-Founder and CEO, DreamSetGo, said, “Over the years, we’ve built deep relationships with Indian travellers who are passionate about experiencing the world’s most iconic sporting events. What we’ve seen is that the same audience also seeks access to the most sought-after events in entertainment, culture, and lifestyle, and that appetite is only growing. With SET, we are extending the ethos of curated, premium experiences that define DreamSetGo into a broader global stage, enabling our customers to discover and experience the world’s most extraordinary moments beyond sport. This is the natural next chapter for us.”

Data shared by the company indicates that 78 per cent of travellers opted for international destinations, with London, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Paris and Vancouver emerging as the top cities. Group travel accounted for 58 per cent of bookings, while travellers aged 30–50 formed the largest segment at 64 per cent.

The report also highlights a strong shift towards premium experiences, with 72 per cent of customers choosing hospitality packages. The average booking value stood at ₹3.5 lakh, with the highest package exceeding ₹20 lakh.

Sports tourism continues to be largely spectator-driven, with 94 per cent travelling to watch live events. Cricket led demand at 32 per cent, followed by tennis (24 per cent), Formula 1 (19 per cent) and football (17 per cent). Notably, Formula 1 emerged as the fastest-growing segment, registering threefold growth.

The company also identified emerging trends, including rising corporate and group travel demand, particularly for curated experiences such as athlete interactions. South and Southeast Asia are gaining prominence as key growth markets, driven by marquee events such as the Singapore Grand Prix, AFC Asian Cup and MotoGP.

With the launch of SET, DreamSetGo aims to build on its leadership in sports tourism by offering a broader range of premium global experiences, positioning itself to capitalise on the growing demand for experiential travel among Indian consumers.
