DEX Group celebrates first anniversary of Thailand operations

DEX Group, an airline management and General Sales Agency (GSA) with over six decades of experience in the Indian travel industry, has completed its first year of operations in Thailand. Over the past year, the company has extended its India-based GSA model to the Thai market, offering structured sales and representation services to its global airline and travel partners.

Currently, DEX Group serves as the official GSA in Thailand for:

  • ITA Airways, operating 5 weekly flights on the Rome–Bangkok–Rome route
  • Air Calin, operating 2 weekly flights on the Paris–Bangkok–Nouméa (New Caledonia) route
  • Expedia TAAP, with continued year-on-year growth in the Thai market

With a dedicated office in Bangkok, the Group has built a robust sales and service infrastructure offering end-to-end airline management solutions. These include trade and corporate sales, marketing, customer service, and regulatory support, reinforcing its commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality services across borders.

DEX Group is accelerating its global footprint and has established an office in Dubai (UAE) with an office in Saudi Arabia to follow soon. With strategic plans to scale in high-potential markets like Saudi and other GCC regions, DEX Group aims to extend its proven GSA capabilities and expertise to partners seeking efficient and effective representation in these dynamic travel economies.
