Cunard, the British luxury cruise brand, has announced its 2028 voyage programme, featuring 190 sailings across 36 countries between April 2028 and January 2029, alongside the introduction of new Signature Packages aimed at enhancing the guest experience.
The programme includes visits to 125 ports worldwide, including 98 UNESCO World Heritage sites, as well as 19 overnight stays and 37 late-evening departures designed to provide guests with more immersive destination experiences.
A key highlight of the programme will be the Four Queens Celebration in Liverpool in May 2028, when all four Cunard Queens: Queen Mary 2, Queen Victoria, Queen Elizabeth and Queen Anne, will come together for the first time.
Cunard has also introduced a new Queen-to-Queen voyage concept, allowing guests to combine sailings across two, three or all four ships in a single extended journey. One of the flagship itineraries is a 40-night voyage from Southampton to Civitavecchia (Rome) from April 16 to May 26, 2028, covering the Norwegian Fjords, several European destinations and the Four Queens Celebration in Liverpool.
Katie McAlister, President of Cunard, said, “Our new voyage collection is one of the most exciting programs we’ve ever launched. From the historic moment all four Queens meet in Liverpool on May 16, 2028, to the extraordinary breadth of destinations we will visit. We have thoughtfully curated these voyages to give our guests more time in port, and the chance to explore the world with the signature elegance and sense of occasion that defines Cunard.”
The programme features a range of iconic Transatlantic Crossings and regional itineraries across Europe, the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, Canada and the Caribbean.
Queen Mary 2, the world’s only ocean liner, will operate its signature Transatlantic Crossings, including its first eastbound crossing from New York to Liverpool for the Four Queens Celebration. Additional highlights include an overnight stay in Boston during Independence Day celebrations, a return to Gaspé in Canada after 11 years, and Northern Lights voyages featuring an overnight stay in Tromsø, Norway.
Queen Victoria will focus on European itineraries departing round-trip from Southampton, with overnight calls in Stockholm, Reykjavík, Oslo and Copenhagen. The ship will also return to Mediterranean destinations including Albania, Cyprus, Turkey and Tunisia for the first time in over a decade, alongside maiden calls to Olbia and Taranto in Italy.
Queen Elizabeth will spend the summer of 2028 in the Mediterranean, sailing itineraries through Croatia, Montenegro and Greece. Highlights include a maiden visit to Bari in Italy and an overnight stay in Istanbul, allowing guests to experience landmarks such as the Hagia Sophia after dark.
Cunard’s newest ship, Queen Anne, will begin its 2028 season in Scandinavia and Northern Europe, including an overnight stay in Liverpool during the Four Queens Celebration. The vessel will also offer seven-night roundtrip voyages from Southampton to Norway, France, Spain and Portugal, including a maiden call to Le Verdon, gateway to Bordeaux’s wine region.
The programme further includes Arctic voyages and extended Canary Islands itineraries, with overnight stays in Oslo, Copenhagen and Lisbon.
Cunard has also launched new Signature Packages and Premium Signature Packages, which bundle inclusions such as Wi-Fi, drinks and specialty dining credits into a single upgrade option. According to the company, the packages offer savings of up to 30 per cent compared to onboard pricing.
Cunard World Club members will receive early access to the Four Queens Celebration voyages from May 18, 2026, while all voyages will go on sale to the public from May 20, 2026. Guests booking select voyages between May 18 and June 30, 2026 will receive a 10 per cent discount, along with onboard credit offers for new reservations made through September 9, 2026.
