Luxury British cruise line Cunard is celebrating 185 years of operation, since its founding in 1840. The year 2025 is momentous in Cunard’s history, marked by several iconic land-based events and special Event Voyages.
The Cunard experience is built on fine dining, hand-selected entertainment, and outstanding White Star service. From a partnership with a two-Michelin-starred chef to inspiring guest speakers, to world-class theatre productions, every detail has been meticulously crafted to make the experience unforgettable. The fleet currently includes Queen Mary 2, Queen Elizabeth, Queen Victoria, and the newly launched Queen Anne, which entered service in May 2024. This investment is part of the company’s ambitious plans for the future of Cunard globally, with the brand now boasting four ships in simultaneous service.
To commemorate its 185th anniversary, Cunard has announced a host of special land-based celebrations and Event Voyages throughout the year. As part of its India outreach, the cruise line has introduced exclusive fares on select 7-night European sailings during September, October, and November 2025, aligning with the Diwali holiday season.
