The Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) has stated that its Passenger Assistance Control Room (PACR) is actively addressing air traveller concerns amid the ongoing situation affecting flight operations.

According to the Ministry, the PACR has resolved 411 passenger grievances in coordination with airlines and airport operators, ensuring timely assistance and operational support. The Control Room is also facilitating coordination by sharing helpline details issued by Indian embassies with affected passengers.

MoCA informed that passenger concerns received through official social media platforms, the AirSewa portal and dedicated helplines are being closely monitored and prioritised for redressal.

Passengers seeking assistance have been advised to contact the Ministry through its official social media channels, access the AirSewa portal, or call the helpline numbers 011-24604283 and 011-24632987 for support.
