Centara Hotels and Resorts concluded the fourth edition of its Rewards and Recognition Night with a celebratory evening in New Delhi on April 10, 2026. Hosted at Chica, the event brought together key B2B and B2C travel partners from across India to honour a year of collaboration, performance, and shared growth.
What began in 2022 has since evolved into an established annual engagement platform for the brand in India, reinforcing its commitment to strengthening relationships with the travel trade. This year’s multi-city format included Mumbai on April 6 at Aahii and Ahmedabad on April 8 at Taj Skyline Ahmedabad, culminating in the Delhi finale.
The initiative reflects Centara’s focused approach towards the Indian market, recognising both retail and trade partners while also acknowledging the growing role of destination management companies (DMCs) across its core destinations.
The event witnessed the presence of a senior Centara delegation, including Moumita Mukherjee Paul, Director of Sales and Marketing, Centara Hotels and Resorts; Hemant Jagtap, Assistant Director of Sales, Centara Hotels and Resorts; Francesco Pompilio, Cluster General Manager, Centara Ras Fushi Resort and Spa Maldives and Machchafushi Island Resort and Spa Maldives, The Centara Collection; Jonas Sjostedt, Area General Manager – Pattaya, overseeing Centara Pattaya Hotel, Centara Nova Hotel Pattaya and Centara Life Maris Resort Jomtien; Anand Bhushan, CGCW – Sales Executive, Centara Grand and Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld; Kriengkrai Sojikul, Area Director of Sales and Marketing, Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket; Prapaijit Thongma, General Manager – AMN, Himalayan Hideaway Resort Pokhara, The Centara Collection; and Aastha, Marketing Manager – AMN, Himalayan Hideaway Resort Pokhara, The Centara Collection.
Speaking on the occasion, Moumita Mukherjee Paul said, “The objective of the Rewards and Recognition Night is to celebrate excellence across our partner ecosystem. We recognise both B2B and B2C contributors, along with destination management companies aligned with our key markets. Thailand remains our core focus, complemented by Maldives and Japan, where we continue to see strong engagement from the Indian market.”
She added, “Delhi has consistently remained a key market for us, given its strategic importance and the concentration of leading travel trade partners. While Delhi continues to anchor this initiative, the other cities evolve each year based on market demand and partner interest. This year, Ahmedabad was included in response to strong industry demand.”
The Delhi event marked the culmination of the three-city engagement, bringing together leading stakeholders for an evening of networking and recognition.
The evening’s key highlight was the announcement of the four Centara Champions 2026: TBO, Island Life, Asahi, and TravelBullz, honoured as the year’s top performers.
