Brand USA launches ‘Get Facts. Get Going.’ toolkit to support informed travel planning to the US

Brand USA launches ‘Get Facts. Get Going.’

Brand USA, the destination marketing organisation for the United States, has launched the Get Facts. Get Going. Toolkit, a new resource designed to help travel industry partners provide travellers with clear, accurate and up-to-date information when planning trips to the U.S.

Unveiled during IPW 2026 and IMEX Frankfurt, the initiative has been developed for tour operators, travel advisors, airlines, destination marketers, business travel professionals, meeting planners and media partners. The toolkit provides approved messaging, creative assets and access to verified sources covering key travel topics including visa and entry requirements, fees and arrival procedures.

According to Brand USA, the platform is intended to address growing demand for reliable travel information as international travellers navigate evolving entry requirements and travel planning considerations.

Malcolm Smith, Senior Vice President, Global Markets and Chief Trade & Product Development Officer, Brand USA, said, “The travel trade is one of our most important partners in inspiring international travel to the United States. Get Facts. Get Going. provides travellers with clear, reliable information, and this new toolkit extends that effort by putting those resources directly into the hands of the industry professionals travellers trust most.”

“Together, we can help more visitors feel informed and confident to book the United States,” he added.

The initiative recognises the critical role played by travel advisors, tour operators and destination marketers in shaping traveller perceptions and providing guidance throughout the booking process. Brand USA noted that these industry stakeholders are often the first point of contact for travellers seeking information on visiting the United States.

The toolkit includes a range of ready-to-use resources for travel trade partners, including approved copy and messaging for use across different markets and channels, Get Facts. Get Going. logos, a 30-second promotional video, social media graphics and content, as well as design and photography guidelines. All materials direct travellers to VisitTheUSA.com/entry, which serves as the primary source for verified travel guidance.

Brand USA stated that the platform has been designed as an evolving resource that will continue to add new information, answers and official sources as travel-related questions emerge. The toolkit and platform are also available in multiple languages to support global distribution.

The organisation is encouraging partners to integrate the resources across websites, FAQs, social media channels, newsletters, trade communications and media engagement activities. Guidance provided by Brand USA recommends using approved messaging, focusing on travel preparedness, correcting misinformation factually and directing travellers to official government sources for the latest requirements.

According to Brand USA, the initiative is intended to improve traveller confidence and planning clarity while helping industry partners deliver consistent and reliable information across all stages of the travel journey. The organisation also clarified that the platform is not intended to provide legal or immigration advice, nor to interpret individual travel circumstances.
