Ambassador, New Delhi appoints Sheetal Singh as General Manager

Ambassador, New Delhi has announced the appointment of Sheetal Singh as the General Manager. Sheetal joins the landmark Hotel after her successful role as Director Rooms at Taj Bangalore. As a leader in championing gender diversity and inclusion, IHCL’s latest appointment is in line with the Company’s ongoing efforts in creating an equitable workplace and ecosystem, while empowering women in the hospitality industry.

Sheetal brings with her years of valued knowledge and experience gained from her association with leading international and domestic hospitality groups. She has successfully essayed various roles since joining IHCL in 2008. Sheetal is a Hotel management graduate from the Institute of Hotel Management Pusa and did her post-graduation Diploma from the Welcome Group Management Institute.  In her new role, Sheetal will be responsible for the continued success of Ambassador, New Delhi – IHCL SeleQtions, through her strategic leadership, and operational excellence. Her expertise lies in improving overall guest satisfaction, bringing innovation in day to day tasks and harnessing team strength. She believes in working with a strong focus on quality and strategy.
