Following earlier reductions in its widebody international operations, Air India today announced temporary adjustments to its narrowbody network, with overall reductions amounting to less than 5 per cent of its total narrowbody operations. These changes are effective until at least 15 July 2025 and are part of a voluntary decision aimed at ensuring greater network-wide operational stability and minimising last-minute inconvenience to passengers.
The revised schedule includes the temporary suspension of three routes and frequency reductions across 19 domestic and short-haul international routes. Despite these adjustments, Air India will continue operating close to 600 daily flights using its narrowbody fleet, covering over 120 domestic and regional destinations.
