Air India Group has integrated the sales teams of Air India and Air India Express, a move aimed at enhancing business efficiency and strengthening engagement with the travel trade community. With this step, the two airlines will now operate under a unified sales framework, representing the Air India Group across both domestic and international markets.
The integrated team would be led by Manish Puri who has been elevated as Head of Global Sales. He will oversee the consolidated sales function, strengthening partnerships with trade stakeholders and ensuring seamless representation of both carriers under a single framework with mutual benefits.
