Air India has announced the deployment of additional flight capacity on select long-haul routes in response to increased demand following the ongoing situation in West Asia.
Between March 5 and March 11, 2026, the airline will operate three additional flights between Delhi and Toronto. Further capacity will also be introduced on European routes, with three extra flights scheduled between Delhi and Frankfurt and one additional flight between Delhi and Paris (Charles de Gaulle) from March 7 to March 10, 2026.
The airline said the additional services are intended to provide travellers with more options during the period of disruption and ensure smoother connectivity through Delhi. Passengers travelling on these routes will also benefit from onward connections to destinations across Air India’s domestic network and Southeast Asia.
Air India stated that it continues to closely monitor the evolving situation and will assess the possibility of adding further flights on these routes beyond March 11 if required.
