We look forward to welcoming passengers onboard to experience a richer, more refined, and truly memorable journey.”

Air Astana new inflight menu

As part of the menu development process, Air Astana organised an exclusive tasting session for key travel trade partners at the TajSATS Delhi facility. Participants were invited to sample and evaluate the new menu items, offering feedback on taste, presentation, and overall passenger appeal. The airline emphasized that the new dishes have been carefully curated to suit diverse passenger preferences, with flavours designed to be balanced and mild while still reflecting a touch of regional authenticity, ensuring comfort and familiarity for Indian travellers.

In addition to the tasting experience, Air Astana facilitated a guided walk-through of the TajSATS catering unit, providing travel partners with a behind-the-scenes look at the meticulous processes involved in preparing inflight meals. The tour showcased each stage of the operation, from the receipt of raw ingredients and stringent safety and hygiene checks to washing, food preparation, cold-chain management, packing, and final loading procedures. The initiative highlighted the airline’s commitment to transparency, quality, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety.

Air Astana’s new inflight menu will be available to all passengers flying from Delhi and Mumbai to Almaty starting December 1, 2025.

Currently, the Airline operates nine weekly flights between Delhi and Almaty and three weekly flights between Mumbai and Almaty.
