Aerionyx Global Representations, a Hyderabad-headquartered travel representation company led by Founder and CEO Kothapally Srinivas Rao, has unveiled a strategic initiative aimed at strengthening the tourism presence of Myanmar in the Indian market.

As part of the initiative, Aerionyx Global Reps is promoting Myanmar’s diverse tourism offerings, ranging from cultural heritage and spiritual landmarks to scenic coastlines and experiential travel.
Through a mix of targeted B2B campaigns, including roadshows, trade fairs and digital outreach, the company is working to connect Myanmar’s tourism stakeholders with Indian tour operators and travel agents, with a focus on driving awareness and bookings.
A key component of the initiative is the introduction of a strategic partnership branded as the ‘NEW LINK’, designed to enhance connectivity between India and Myanmar. The collaboration is expected to support improved air access, curated travel packages and joint marketing efforts, with early industry indicators pointing to potential increases in flight frequencies and growing traveller interest.
The initiative is also aligned with Myanmar’s tourism recovery goals and positions Aerionyx Global Reps as a facilitator of sustainable destination marketing. By leveraging India’s expanding outbound travel segment, the company anticipates stronger trade collaborations and increased visitor arrivals.
Among the key destinations being promoted are Bagan, known for its expansive landscape of temples; Yangon, home to the iconic Shwedagon Pagoda; Inle Lake, famous for its floating villages and traditional leg-rowing fishermen; Mandalay, the country’s cultural hub; and Ngapali Beach, a popular beach escape.
